Friday 2nd July Set up for tournament from 5pm
Saturday 3rd July Lancon Tournament 7 am till 7pm
Sunday 4th July Lancon Tournament 7am till 7pm
Monday 5 th July Signing on Night 6.15 pm for Under 6-10 7.15 pm for under 11-16 In The Ellis Building more details available from your managers But PLEASE attend this evening with your parents as we need to take photos for your ID cards you will require a COPY of your Birth certificate or passport (NOT THE ORIGIONAL) A Parent/ guardian with you to fill in the appropriate paperwork and forty pounds signing on fee.
This is the lowest fee in theMLCJFL and CLJFL and covers the cost of training sessions.
We will require plenty of help with the setting up of things for the tournament/ carparking/ barbeque/shop etc.The more helpers we have the easier the job for all.
Due to the success of the tournament we are able to keep our fees low.we NEED your help to enable it to be a success.
